Dear sir,
My mobile no 9899636203, i have vodafone nework. my mobile outgoing validity expire dated on 16.06.2019 but dated 20.06.2019 automatically adjusted Rs24 from my mobile balance. but till dated (04.07.2019) my outgoing facility is not start.
Further i would like to inform you that regarding this matter i already lodge a complaint on vodafone customer care (Complaint no-3058017550) and also lodge a complaint throw email and twitter. but till date my problem is not resolved. You are requested to kindly provide me solution and compensation Rs.50000/- from vodafone.
