Hi iam dennies lizza georgez belongs to 7558032406 paytm account. On 29th September i have ordered three items using offers. 1)scorist almond 500gm. 2)Dov go fresh body lotion 400ml 3)glomin california almond raw 100gm.After one day i have cancelled 3nd and 3rd items. But still i didnt get my money back. For the 1st otem cash back also not received. Before sending this mail more than 50times i have tried to call the customer care. Call will be Always in hold.and after i tried to send the mail in care@paytm.com. That to giving failure.we customers have more time compare to the care centre people and we dont knw the value of times. It says like that.
While making call its says to do kyc iam not able to do kyc also because it says always some error
If we cancelled something i have a rights to get the full amount atleast.So please provide my full money of the orders which I cancelled and provode the cashback for which is delivered…..
