I HAVE AN ACCOUNT ON PAYTM, FROM OPEN TO LAST MONTH I EVER USED PAYTM TO PURCHASE ANYTHING, I HAVE TRIED BUT FAILED, LAST MONTH, I HAVE PURCHASED A DIGITAL WATCH FROM PAYTM, TOTAL COST RS.144/- THEY OFFER ME RS.75/- BACK, AFTER PURCHASING I HAVE CHECKED MY WALLET THERE IS NO BALANCE, WHEN I ASKED PAYTM CUSTOMER CARE THEY TOLD ME YOU SHOULD UPDATE YOUR KYC, ON THAT TIME I HAVE AN ADHARCARD OF MY AUNT, I ENTERED THE SAME ON IT, AFTER I FEEL THAT IS NOT GOOD TO UPDATE ANOTHER’S ID FOR MY ACCOUNT, THEN I HAVE TRIED TO REMOVE OR UPDATED MY OWN KYC, BUT ALL MY TRY IS VAIN, THERE IS NO OPTION TO CHANGE KYC, MY NAME IS ASHWATI, MY ACCOUNT CHANGE THE NAME OF PRIYA, I CALLED AND MAILED SEVERAL TIME TO PAYTM TO UPDATE MY KYC OR DELETE MY ACCOUNT PERMANENTLY SO THAT I CAN MAKE A NEW ACCOUNT ON PAYTM, BUT THEY EVERY TIME SENDING A WORST MESSAGE, FIRSTLY YOU SELL THE GOLD IN GOLD SECTION AFTERTHAT WE CAN TAKE ACTION, SOME TIME THEY (To initiate closure process, we would first need you to clear your gold balance. You can sell gold through Paytm app through the Gold section. Please confirm once done so that we can help you with next steps) AND (We are unable to take your case forward as the details provided by you are insufficient. Kindly share more details regarding your concern so that we can take required action to help resolve your query at the earliest.) I DON’T KNOW WHAT TO DO TO REMOVE MY ACCOUNT. I DONT WANT ANY GOLD TO PURCHASE OR SELL, AND DONT TO WANT TO PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS PAYTM. I NEED TO REMOVE MY ACCOUNT URGENTLY.
