i ordered oneplus watch on 6 oct 2021, and i got empty box and i filed a
complaint after 5days ur investigation team told that thats my fault i have
all record of order and they wont help me with my issue nd they wont issue
replacement or refund against my ORDER # 402-1066329-9721140 and they are
not helping me and disconnecting my call so i filed a complaint against
amazon.in on Consumer Court

i need help with this its my first and worst experience please help its a

And then i got this reply Hello,
I understand that item is missing from shipment and I see that we’ve received a update from our investigation team that the product is delivered successfully at the location and there is no issue with the product in transit. In this case as per the update we wont be able to take any action on the order.
