1- Booked Antares Beach Resort and Club on 30th June 2023 from 30th Sep to 3rd Oct through booking.com
2- Payment was done on 5thh Aug INR 24748 without tax
3-For certain reasons we had to cut short our trip for 1 day, so on 15th Aug Modification was done after prior confirmation on call from booking.com agent that after modification our remaining amount of 1 Day shall be refunded, and amount was after modification 16648 INR without Tax AND modification was also confirmed by email.
4- Remaining amount was neither refund by the hotel nor booking.com.
