Sir,
This is in reference to My flight ticket having PNR J3R2KI (Paytm booking ID- 10458678168), the ticket was booked for travel from Kolkata to Delhi during lockdown period April 2020, but due to national lockdown the flight was cancelled. I have called so many times (i.e. more than 100 time having call wait time (non responding) time up 90 minutes ) to paytm customer care for issuance of full refund (as the airline has already refunded the full amount to travel agent i.e. paytm) of my ticket having PNR J3R2KI, but till now no refund has been credited in my bank account. The paytm care is always says for wait upto 7 days besides we are waiting for full refund from a long period i.e. more than about one year. The matter is also informed so many times on email to travel agent paytm.
Besides these things I have called and sent the emails so many times on alternate day on or after 07.03.2021 to travel agent but they alwas told that they are working on my issue and it is resolved in 24 hr or 48 hr or in 7 working days. Till now the maximum time of seven working days from 07.03.2021 is not completed form your end.
Now the refund is completed form airlines end, but not processed form paytm’s end. The paytm is deleing the paytemed form a long period and always saying for wait upto 7 days, 3-4 weeks.
Now in this situation I am totally depressed and realizing my mistake that I have booked a book a flight ticket through Paytm and also thinking that you (paytm) are making the joke of customer’s.
This is my last and final Email for full refund against my Booking ID or PNR, If the refund is not issued, I will take a legal action against against paytm and also claim the compassion amount with interest amount due to non refund of my refundable amount on time, and I have suffering from mentally disturbance due to this.
