A Letter to the top State Executive of Telecom Company AirTel India,
Sir,
It is very distressing and disappointing that for the past eight months we have been approaching you and your field staff with all politeness and humility but so for it appears that you are taking it as our weakness.Iam sitting in open just now to search your network effeciency.It is not fair on your part to be so indifferent to your customer care assignments.Entire pubic of Neel has been lamenting this approach for over a year now.Your company has 99% customers from.Neel but the poor public is loosing its hard earned money by recharging cell phones with packs, for no use.
Indeed, it is beyond all norms.
You are once again approached to come out with an acceptable solution or it is better to declare your services as a failed adventure,in Neel area.
Sir, atleast two more towers need to be installed here at Neel, if the goodwill of this trusted company has to survive.
Before, we are obliged to protest this miserable plight, you are requested to please concede the relief on priority and without delay.
