Text of Complaint by Arvind Kumar:

On 21st May 2023, I tried to login to my Myntra account with my registered phone number and it is showing “myntra account deactivated and suspended for security reasons” so I contacted the customer care on +91 80-61561999 from there they said that I will receive a solution related to the problem but on 26th May 2023, I received message that my issue is resolved,but it didn’t help me so after that I contacted the customer care again and there they said I have violated there terms and conditions clause 4 and 12 and they cannot give any further help and after reading to the clauses I can for sure can say that I have not violated any rule because the last I order something on my account was at the month of Dec 2022 and I’m the insider member of Myntra and and doesn’t receive any mail or msg regarding the restriction of my account, also when I asked my refund of amount approx RS 3500/- , which is load in Myntra credit, they refused to return any amount .
