This is my first experience with Go-mechanic but my review is not good.
1. I procured the AC repair work Order Id- 20230430951307343 on 2nd May 2023.
2. After completion of the inspection, as discussed with Go Buddy Mr. Pratik, repair work with the replacement of the cooling coil, expansion valve, and compressor bearing which were to be replaced, and shared the quotation and the same was approved by me.
3. After 3 days my car was supposed to be dropped at my address and a delivery person came but AC was not working and the person took back the car to the garage.
4. then after 2 days I got a car and AC was working fine and I paid immediately. Only 300 Km I had driven my car and found AC cooling failed again on 17th May 2023.
5. Since Go Mechanic having a policy of a 1-month warranty, I started to follow up with Go Buddy but there was no response.
6. On the 22nd of May a person took back my car to rectify the problem of AC, service Buddy shared that the condenser has leakage due to the cooling water pipe being rusted.
My concern is when thorough inspection and high performance how does the problem arise from the condenser and cooling pipe? what kind of inspection was done in the first repair work which I paid for?
7. It seems Go service Buddy is a messenger of service vendor, he is not ready to work as a policy provided.
8. Kindy check the track of my call to customer care.
Request you look into this and resolve the issue without any additional cost to me. Else I will have to escalate the same to the next level.
