I ordered online 2 packet of dates on 16th Jan 2022, it was showing the delivering will be done on my address by 24th Jan 2022. On tracking my order on 24th Jan 2022 (A.M), it was displaying the status as on 19th Jan 2022, my packet is in transit and it is at udappi, but it will be delivered to my address (New Delhi) by 24th Jan 2022 (Wrong information). I called Amazon Customer care on 24th Jan 2022, stero type answer, sir, some problem is in transit, dashboard is showing wrong information, you will get by 29th Jan 2022. I asked my Dashboard information is different from your information. Can I cancel it, I was told it can be cancelled.
AS I have to give to my mother, it was cancelled on 24th Jan 2022. Today (28th Jan 2022), i checked the status, wrong information, your packet is going back to seller. When we receive it you will get money.

Humble request to you to look into this problem, why you have charged for non delivery of packet. If possible, can May i know what is the actual status.
