My complaint is regarding the blocking of my account by Flipkart. My account has been blocked by Flipkart without by prior intimation. After many complaints and raising of queries it was informed to me that there are unusual high Returns in my account due to which the account is blocked.
It is to submit that the Returns in my account is in account of mistake on the part of seller or Flipkart. My reason for return was only due to missed quantity products and like. I further submit that the last return request was women feeding top two quantity but it was received only one product instead of two which is altogether different item. This was the reason i raised the complaint at Flipkart. Earlier I raised the refund or send another product request which was later cancelled by the Flipkart and they informed me that seller is unable to provide that product due to say be intent.After placing the return request the return was automatically cancelled by courier team as informed to me by Flipkart. This is completely ridiculous on part of Flipkart.
I am using my Flipkart account since more than 12 years. Also I would like to inform you that I have more than 200 supercoins earned in my account. Also there is wallet balance of more than Rs 800 in my accounts. Multiple times the complaint is raised at Flipkart support through calls as also email but no solution received till date.
I thus request your forum to intervene in the same and get my account unblock with all the benefits.
