I have ordered chocolates on dated 02/10/2021 with Order ID OD122997160181667000 on Flipkart.
today i received my parcels against my order id and I found that some products were not received, but my order status shows its delivered. Please look into this matter and do the needful and deliver my missing products as soon as possible otherwise refund my money that i have paid against missing product.
I have also registered my complaint 38 times to the flipkart customer team. but no resolution till date and disconnect my call several times. They all are working in customer support deptt. But sorry to say they did not know the meaning of customer support.
List of missing products:
1. Cadbury celebrations assorted chocolates gift pack bars – 1 quantities (each quantity contains 10 packs) missing out of 3 quantities ordered.
2. Cadbury 5 star chocolates home treat bars – 1 quantity (each quantity contains 4 packs) missing out of 1 quantity ordered.
3. Cadbury celebrations Silk special selection gift pack bars – 4 quantity missing out of 10 quantity ordered.
4. Cadbury dairy milk chocolates home treat bars – 2 quantities (each quantity contains 2 packs) missing out of 3 quantities ordered.
