Heyy,
This is really disheartening I have been using Airtel sim for more than five years and I really loved it’s services but since last week I am facing this issue that I am unable to send messages from my Airtel sim to anyone . I contacted customer care many times and even visited Airtel store and got the sim ported but still the issue was not solved. I mailed you people and was rest assured that the problem will be solved by today morning but still the status is same . You people trreat your customers like this by giving them more trouble rather than solving it . So now after waiting for 1 week and still no solution I am porting my sim to some other network and will make sure that none of my friends aur relatives by Airtel sim .
