For past 2 days i am calling to customer care to install the TATA SKY device as i relocated to new place, i always get a response from CSC that i will get a callback in from back office department, till date i have not received any call from them.
My subscription will end in the month of May 2019, after repeated calling to customer service, WO no 1C1P3DEA.
i am unable to use the service, after their confirmation i took leave from office and stayed entire day at my residence waiting for them.
Please let me know what am i suppose to do.
