I logged on to www.hsrphelp.org.in to order HSRP Plate for my Two Wheeler. I filled up all the required details and at last they showed me a QR Code and there were 02 options just below the QR Code, first-Email, second-Transaction No.. I paid Rs. 392 from my paytm using their QR Code but as I entered the details in Email and Transaction details then nothing happened. No receipt, no information whether my order for HSRP Plate has been booked or not. I tried on their customer care number which is also switched off and then tried another number which does not even exist. Sir, I have been fooled by this Website. Kindly get refund my amount at the earliest.
