Text of Complaint by Chetan Singh:

MobiKwik is an online banking service providing application. Recently i added an amount of 3500 in my MobiKwik wallet. But now i cannot transfer the amount back to bank. For this purpose they require Mandatory KYC. When i go in KYC section, a pop up comes “KYC is not available.” Neither can i use it not i can transfer it. And moreover they have supercash facility which is absolutely worst idea. It cannot be utilised properly.
To sum up, this company is working in very fraudulent manner.
