Respected Sir / Madam,

I purchased a mobile worth Rs. 44,318/ on EMI from Flipkart on 20/10/2023. I had to pay the said EMI in 9 installments of Rs. 5430/-. After paying 5 installments on time, I decided to foreclose the said EMI. In this regard, I contacted Flipkart to foreclose the EMI. They told me that this loan is given by their landing partner IDFC First Bank. So they asked me to contact IDFC First Bank to foreclose the EMI.

After this I contacted IDFC First Bank to foreclose the EMI. They sent me a link and asked me to pay the outstanding amount of Rs 21070.29 through that link for foreclosure of EMI. I made the above payment on 06/03/2024. I was also provided NOC by the bank regarding closing the loan. I also informed Flipkart about this.
I waited for a few days but when the said EMI was not stopped on Flipkart, I complained about it several times to both Flipkart and IDFC First Bank but till date my problem has not been solved. Apart from this, an additional amount of Rs 5,430/- has also been charged to me by Flipkart on the foreclosed EMI on 05/04/2024.
You are requested to take strict action against Flipkart and IDFC First Bank considering the seriousness of this matter. How these two companies together are fooling the customers. This is very condemnable. Customers are being straight up cheated.
