I ordered a product from paytm mall which has to be delivered by 19 October 2018. Every day i get a new delivery date for next day. Also the information provided by them for tracking is false. No such courier service site is found “Amara_O2O”. After complaining i was provided with a contact number for tracking which doesn’t belong to the addressed person.
Every day they asks me to have patience but no resolution is provided and everyday i have to be at home for receiving the product because of their notification that your product is out for delivery. Now I feel like I am being cheated.
I will be very thankful to you if any help can be provided. Thank You
