Text of Complaint by Ramprabhu Ramaia Raja:

I got a call from Dhani Agent to Activate my Dhani One Freedom Credit over the Call. I accepted & Activated it. The Dhani Agent informed there will be a time Subscription fee & asked to make that Subscription. I purposely asked her will i have to pay the Subscription fee every month but she informed no for that. Then she informed if i use the Dhani One Freedom Credit by Next month i have to pay the Subscription fee or else it is not applicable . I too Accepted & Started using by Last Month only. But this month i have not used it but they have charged the Subscription fee. Regarding this i have Mailed 4 to 5 times to close my Dhani One Freedom Credit totally. I have a Pending payment for my last months purchase & i am ready to make the payment & close it but they are not responding to my mails properly. So i request you to take action & resolve my issue as soon as possible.

  2. Even i faced the same issue

    This is too disappointing and disturbing we are getting calls to only make the payment and no one is ready to even listen to our concerns

    We have buyed your one freedom card by paying rs 700 as checked with your sales executive. If we dont wish to continue the subscription for next month we don’t have to pay 700 again automatically the card will be deactivated. You can use it with a monthly subscription .

    In my case once the month is over we get a bill of INR 1400 and we are asking the same everywhere why this has been charged to us . Which because of delay now become 2300

    In Spite of answering my question I am just getting a call to make the payment . Even though I said I haven’t used any single transaction except INR 10, I still got the bill of 2300 .

    This is torchure and harassment done by your payment collection team . Is this a way you treat to your client? They even said on call that if you don’t make the payment we will enter negative feedback and you won’t be able to take any loan in future .

    This would be the last transaction in my life with Dhani and the same feedback would be given to my friends and relatives as this is the worst experience I ever had .

    I request you to please waive off these unnecessary charges and close this useless card .

    And we haven’t taken any loan from Dhani. What are you writing below ?
