I had ordered a product worth Rs 1000/- on comic store website (https://www.thecomicstore.in) on the 4th of JUNE 2021 and they have sent me an email confirmation and said i will receive my order. We are in September and we have not received any response from them yet. I have messaged them on their instagram (thecomicstore.in) quite a few times and they haven’t replied properly.Recently they have come live on their instagram and have assured of delivering all the products but just a week after that they have blocked me on instagram and i have no means of contacting them. I have mailed them no. of times but no reply. Today is 18th september and still haven’t received my product.
