Text of Complaint by Gaurav Rautaray:

I had ordered a Parker pen on 1st Oct from Flipkart. It was pre paid. The ordered received in nearest hub on 4th October. But I did not get any msg for delivery till 6th Oct. So I called on thr no. And They told me I will get on next promising day which was 9thoct. Again 9th Oct passed I called them no of times in between to get details of my order. Each time they lied me and on 10th 1of his executive called me and told me to cancel the product from my end which I denied then they cancelled the order frm their end without my consent. Now when I am calling on toll free no Flipkart isn’t receiving my Call. They r igonirng. Ihve wasted my valuable time due to flipkart. I want strict action against them so they won’t repeat such activity
