I have booked two parcel from shiprocket and choose amazon shipping for courier partner
I guess that was my biggest mistake.
AWB- 266864551212 and 266814688760.
The second one is RTO delivered. The other parcel is rto in transit.
There wasn’t even an attempt to delivery for the parcels. The delivery guy didn’t contact the recipient. I have tried to contact amazon by various means but failed.
There is essential items there that i need to be delivered.
Stop the RTO in transit and make the delivery.
There is another parcel to the same address with AWB 266934604497 .
I want you to make sure this parcel also gets delivered.
This is not done. I have never expected this kind of service from Amazon. I will not stay silent on this. You have to deliver the parcel otherwise I have to take the shelter of court.
