Hello,
I’ve placed an order on Amazon on 5th August 2022. It was cancelled on 20 August 2022. The order was supposed to be delivered by 10 August 2022. I’ve followed up with amazon customer support from 10 August till cancellation. They kept on promising new date of delivery each time. At the end they’ve cancelled my order after 15 days. I was waiting for the product for 15 days and amazon have cancelled it. This is utterly unprofessional behaviour and I’ve faced mental harassment during this course.
I would like to ask for a compensation for this mental agony due to unprofessionalism from amazon. They don’t care about the customers.
