I am Syed Farooq Azam from Andhra Pradesh, Chirala. i am facing an issue with airtel services, we took a airtel sim (8121962912) 15years back for my mother it is on my mother name Syed Jaheda Begum but now on sudden sim was blocked, we are trying to contact customer care but they are not responding and i went to near airtel service center they said sim is on some other name, How can they do like this and they are asking me 4000rs to pay for my mother number to get it back. Why do we need to pay, without contacting us, how can airtel company sell my mother’s number to somebody else, kindly resolve it as soon as possible and this thing happened to me a second time .
