I had taken admission in byjus for ias course in February,2023 . But due to some problem I applied for cancellation on 3 may,2023.Even after I applied for cancellation they autodebited 4583 rupees from my account.Then I again call back to byjus cancellation team but the team is not responding me yet , when I call them they said call will be arranged within 24 hours,but cancellation team still not call back me regarding cancellation.My payment is through emi and due to negligency of their cancellation team I have to pay emi each month.
