I didn’t not make a call on toll free number as well as land line.
For ex. 8047181888, 8047192020
On the above contact number shown on which I can’t connect a call.
Whenever I want to make a call on 8047181888, 8047192020 this numbers, vodafone company will give response such as “you have insufficient balance, your call does not connected, pls recharge on your number”
But I have done 399₹ recharge on my vodafone number. And
my vodafone number is 8551896986
And it happens last one month.
If I done 399₹ recharge in which unlimited outgoing calling is free for 56 days then again which type of charges want the company while making call on 8047181888 this kind of contact number. It happens last one month but didn’t notice it for long time. But now enough.
I want permanent solutions. And also I do complaint form day before yesterday but result is zero.
When I get proper solution on this matter.
