With respect I want to urge that on my Vodafone Up west no. 9927269154, balance has been deducted on 07.07.2020 from my primary and secondary account while I have not subscribed any service through text message and website. I have complained today on 198 helpline no. but its team member misbehaved with me and told me that they will not refund total deduct amount, they will not transfer call to manager etc. I am sending the recording of it. Refund my whole amount primary and secondary in my balance. Please look at this matter seriously and do needful. I want other request through this complaint department that some mail ids related telecom company and vodafone company has been given on different website and whenever customer has been used on these mail ids for complaint, it has been showed wrong and customer has not received any reply on his mail ids, please check these mail ids for customer complaint and provide right mail ids to customer so that customer complained might reach to higher officers. These mail ids are :
