I work for a Television channel company It’s been 9 months since I have been using your broadband internet service. I’m act customer for the last 9 months and now relocated to 2 km from my old place my neighbors have ACT Broadband
I have opened a ticket from act mobile app to relocate the connection on 25th April 2022 there was no response after 24 hrs I received stating that the issue has been resolved…. so-called to act customer care and given complaint on 1st but again same response.
then I mailed to act customer care mail id even here too the same response
sent WhatsApp message to the service guy who installed the line but even he didn’t respond
received 7 emails from different people to mention a few…,

When I called on the 9th they said the area is not feasible, I informed them there is a box and connection next to my home and requested to reopen the request. 10th Apr 10 am I got a call that the location is feasible for act connection and 12.30 representative called me and said it is not feasible. No local representative/technician called me to check the feasibility simply they are telling me the connection is not feasible and closing the request. number one lazy Buggs
Few things you will notice :
Whenever you place a request through their app. Immediately someone from their end will close it – which means that they are not interested in assisting you and according to them you don’t have any issue.
Wherever you ask them to connect or contact the nodal office they will always find an excuse and try to ignore what you are saying.
15 days there is no internet and i have to pay rent useless service
