Dear Sir,
I have made a transaction for ZEE 5 subscription through Paytm, for which there was 50% cashback offer was three, but I didnt get any cashback from paytm, even after one week so put complaint on paytm portal but for that they didn’t resolve the matter and now they are saying offer is expired now, my transaction was eligible for cashback but due to malicious approach of paytm I didn’t get the cashback amount, paytm has deceived me in this transaction and closed the complaint on their portal without properly and satisfactorily resolving the issue, same needs to be addressed.
Please help me resolve the issue. Transaction invoice I have attached herewith.
