HI,

My mobile no. 9445155657, received this month bill and they have put VAS charges of 141/-

There was no intimation while this was done. This happened earlier and customer care said all VAS was disabled and henceforth no issues will be there and reversed the amount, as i said for few months no issues, But again this month i got the same, and requesting the customer care for the same.

since no positive response i raised to Appellate team and they have also said that if we touch some links or adv this will be charged.

unfortunately within 24 hrs of getting enabled this can be reversed is what Customer care said, but since being postpaid i came to know only during the bill is generated.

I am playing for both internet and vioce calls and i have never requested for any Vodafone.

for any online payment the payment gateway is so secured and we pay concisely, but  this VAS charges is not known at all.
