I purchased Amazon Brand – Solimo Elite High Back chair on 26th July’21 and the same got delivered on 1st Aug’21. The product was on “10 days replacement only” policy when I purchased and even till date. Seller is CloudTail India.
Since product’s recliner tension knob is not working, I kept replacement request on 9th Aug’21 which is well within the replacement window period. But Amazon website and customer care denying the replacement stating that product is not available whereas I see product is still available in the Amazon website from the same seller (CloudTail).
Requesting to advise me on this. Refer attached screenshots.
