I have placed a samsung mobile on August 11th,2022 and along with that I have placed orders for travel adaptor and back case which were required for the mobile. But i was able to receive travel adaptor and back case and they failed to deliver the mobile .They have cancelled the order for mobile and suggested me to reorder again, but same issue took place that it got cancelled again. Now when I am telling them to pick travel adaptor and back case which are no longer useful to me, they denied taking it back. They literally fooled me and made run after them for 23 days I have talked to multiple agents and they are not all responsive.
