Subject: Complaint Regarding Refund Denial and Violation of Consumer Rights

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to file a formal complaint against Meesho, pertaining to a recent transaction and return experience that has left me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated. I believe my consumer rights have been violated, and I am seeking redressal through the Consumer Court.

Details of the Complaint:

1. Purchase Information:
– Order ID: 891682080749
– Amount Paid: ₹295

2. Issue Description:
I placed an order with Meesho for a product mentioned above. Upon receiving the product, I found that it did not meet the specifications as advertised on the Meesho platform. The quality of the product was substandard and did not match the description, images, or promises made on the website.

3. Return Request and Refund Denial:
In accordance with my consumer rights, I initiated a return request through the Meesho platform. To my dismay, my return request was repeatedly denied by Meesho’s customer service team without providing any valid reason or justification. This denial of my return request is a clear violation of my rights as a consumer to return or exchange a product that does not meet the promised standards.

4. Consumer Rights Violation:
I firmly believe that Meesho’s actions in denying my return request and refusing to process a refund for the substandard product I received are a direct violation of my consumer rights. As a paying customer, I have the right to receive products that are as described and of satisfactory quality. Meesho’s refusal to acknowledge and address my concerns has caused me undue frustration and financial loss.

5. Request for Redressal:
I kindly request the Consumer Court to intervene in this matter and ensure that my consumer rights are upheld. I am seeking the following resolutions:
– A full refund of the amount paid for the product (₹295).
– Appropriate compensation for the inconvenience, frustration, and financial loss I have experienced due to Meesho’s actions.
– An investigation into Meesho’s policies and practices to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.

Enclosed with this letter are copies of relevant documents, including order details, communication with Meesho’s customer service, and any other evidence deemed necessary.

I trust that the Consumer Court will treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves and take appropriate actions to protect the rights of consumers. I am committed to cooperating fully with any inquiries or investigations required to resolve this issue.
