Text of Complaint by Mahima Jhingan:

Dear sir,

I recently ordered two phone cases from PayTm, one for my father and one for myself. The first case for an iPhone 6s did not have a case inside the wallet cover, just a patch to stick the phone on. I instantly asked for a return which is allowed upto 7 days. It was rejected on the 10th day without a good explanation, citing damaged goods. Similarly the case I ordered for my father was supposed to be black but I got a blue defective product which broke instantly, I asked for a replacement which was allowed for a week. As expected, 10 days later this was rejected as well. Now both products are beyond their return dates. And I have lost a total of 229 and 299 on the two covers respectively. PayTm has been unreachable throughout the process via phone and have given vague, not understandable explanations via email. There is no way to give a poor rating for the products and seller as well so other people don’t get scammed in the future. Please help me get Paytm to take responsibility for bad service.
