Respected Sir/Madam,
With regards to order no 124778130452:
1. On Sunday, the first order I was trying to make in A2B Koramangala branch but swiggy app was taking the order for A2B BTM branch, on the realization I cancelled immediately and got my refund.
2. Hence I tried making the second order, this time making sure the branch was Koramangala and placed an order.
3. For my surprise, swiggy app placed the order immediately to A2B BTM layout branch and did not even gave me a cancellation window of 1 minute facility as stated in their policy. It was a bug in their app and your it was clearly a SWIGGY system fault.
4. App was forcing me to accept the food from A2B BTM layout branch. since this branch was not providing quality food. I had to cancel the order some how and cancelled the order with some limited random option available in swiggy.
5. For proof, please check the attached screenshot of Paytm payment done at 10.05am. And cancellation at 10.06am. Please note that for swiggy payment confirmation and to juggle through cancellation takes minimum 30 to 45 secs.
6. Even now by taking external cancellation options I took less than a minute to cancel.my order.
7. To resolve this issue I chatted with swiggy executive Abhinav and in call Harsha for about 1.5 hours in a chat. Proof attached.
8. Swiggy executives simply put me on
Hold for long times, when called they kept disconnecting the call on face by reading some dummy scripts and harassed me both on call and chat.
9. My questions to swiggy:
a. Are you not ashamed to take customer money with out giving the food OR service?
b. Why should I be penalized for your Swiggy app system errors?
c. Why your managers are not able to speak to customers for few mins where in customer waited for almost 1.5hour.
d. If Swiggy think that I was lying that 1 minute of cancellation window did not appear for me. Then please prove it? by some evidence as I gave it to you.
10. With a detailed issue and proof I even sent an email to swiggy support team and their CEO Sriharsha Majety. But, again and again they were simply avoiding claim saying as per swiggy policy they can’t refund my money.
Is someone can help me get my hard earned money and justice from Swiggy cheaters?
