The product is ordered on 25.10.2020 and the same is delivered on 03.11.2020. The order contained 6 pieces of Door curtains. But on opening the package I have found only one curtain in the package. I lodged a complaint regarding this on customer care service on 4.11.2020 , the customer care agent assured the delivery of remaining products after 4-6 days to me. I waited for 6 days but no items were delivered by the seller. Once again I contacted the customer care for the same they insisted for more wait. But on next 7 days of wait no resolution is being provided by either the sellor or amazon. On 12 nov once again I contacted the customer care service they transferred the call to senior person, He told me that he has escalated the Investigation for the matter and to wait for 5 days for the resolution. But after lapse of said time no intimation being received from the Amazon. On 24.11.2020 when I contacted to customer care executive they told me that our investigation is completed and product is handed to you in sealed condition. I told them the size of package is not that 6 curtains can be placed in it. But they flatley declined and told that no refund can be made for the short delivery. Now I m feeling cheated by the both party. I wish to lodge complaint in your A to Z guarantee programme. I request you to please look into the matter and refund my hard earned money asap. I,m ready to share any information required from your end. I am attaching the image of Bill and package received.
