1. Sending a refurbished phone in place of new phone and then not returning it. They send a technician to just reject the refund request anyhow technician passed it but on the next day when the phone was to been picked up by the ekart logistics varanasi they didn’t came to home for pickup and sent a message that the product is been not matched and the return request is rejected .
