Top of the day to you. My name is Ruth with number 09029454763. I attempted subscribing to the #1k voice plus subscription on sunday the 26th of July but both attempts failed. A few seconds later I received am sms that it had successfully purchased a 1k voice plus. And I was debited #2,000 as I only had a 1k balance. Kindly help me revert the transaction that was unsuccessful. Thank you.
