Hi, we had booked Ooty hotel for 2 days 12th Aug 2019 – 14 th Aug 2019 Hotel Darshan for 10K INR where booking ID HTLWCSEHGF and couldn’t reach due to heavy floods. Neither Goibibo team nor Darshan hotel are responding and not refunding my money.
