I’ve purchased a bus ticket through paytm,money has been deducted from my account. Due to some reasons I’ve cancelled the ticket 10 mins after booking. Now here’s the logic I’ve purchased bus ticket through paytm and also cancelled through paytm but their server isn’t showing about my cancellation and APSRTC officials told me that my ticket has been cancelled. What’s wrong with these shitty paytm officials,Why couldn’t they see my cancellation and my refundable amount mainly.
