sir i had bought an adidas shoes on 30 th july and returned the same item on 31 st july but amazon not processed mu refund and answered me that i have not returned the same item. I inquired the contact number of delivery agent by that i could confirm that the item was same or not which i returned but they are not providing. Amazon are not taking any initiate to resolve my problem. please do the needful for getting my refund.
