I have booked oyo on 22 july 2022 . I was in jaipur and when i arrived my car was stuck in the path . Then i call to oyo and they said to cancel the booking and the amount is refundable. Then after 2-3 day i called and they put on call on hold for 30-40 min then disconnect the call . I tried many times and also write a mail but not received any response. Today is 16 of August and not received any kind of response
