I had booked a Vietnam Airlines flight from Vietnam to New Delhi for 18th December 2022 through booking.com. Due operation reasons the airline rescheduled my flight , so I called booking.com to cancel my flight on 28th November 2022 and asked for refund also. The company is delaying the refund request and asking to wait without giving the time frame and it’s been more than 1 month’s time of waiting.
