I placed a order through dunzo app of amount 165 which I paid through upi and after some time the website showed me the parcel was delivered but it was not I tried reaching to the delivered partner but was not able to connect to it. Then I tried to contact the company they dint had a helpline no but had an email so I emailed them and their response was that they said that they cannot refund the amount but will look into it but no action is being taken place
