I purchased a flo orthopaedic mattress due to back pain i return the product as it was not the orthopaedic mattress. its been more than 15 days as mattress has been delivered at their ware house . I call many times for refund but every time they says wait for 3 to 4day . But till date i have not received my refund its above 11000
