Dear sir,
My name is Rajesh kumar mahto from Laxmisagar saidpur, Darbhanga, Bihar. I have ordered sparx mens”s orange shoes sm 675, Size 9, seller- cocoblu retail limited, Rs. 769 on dated 15.12.20222 (order id 40208093852713120). Product was deliverd on 19.12.2022. I have received big size shoes. I have done return request on 08.01.2023 (return id 625411969038). Return of my product pickup was done on 09.01.2023 but refund not get till now. After talkig to your customer care i again lose return request on 17.01.2023 . But there were no any action taken till now. Please solve my problem and refund my money.
