Hi Team,
I booked a busticket in MakeMyTrip app on 6th June 2023 to travel on 9th June, 2023 from Banglore to Nellore. After one day of booking date, I got a message from bus operator that bus is cancelled due to breakdown.
Then I talked to the BusOperator(KKaveri travels) they are initiated the refund on the same day and they told reach the MakeMyTrip to get the refund. After that I raised this concern in MakeMyTrip app. MakeMyTrip told Refund has been rejected saying that bus is not cancelled on that day.
