Text of Complaint by Ritwick Rana:

IGood afternoon sir,
Sir I ordered a π˜Ώπ™„π™•π™Š π™’π˜Όπ™π˜Ύπ™ƒ 𝙍 π™π˜Όπ™‡π™† from flipcard, that product delivered in 20 April 2023. Then I open the box and take the watch and used it. But after 1 day use i realized that the product is defective, because the watch can’t hold the charge , and battery draining very fast. So I return the product in flipcard. as their process they sent a Technician to check my product, When the technician came and check my product, but sir My return policy expires as this process goes on for a long time,
So now when I told the flipkart to return my product they told your return policy was over now you talk to the brand service center, but sir brand service center already deny that they can’t provide the service, because the product had issue in the flipkart 7 days return policy.
So sir this case already 45 days over, that’s why I need the refund of my product.
