Text of Complaint by Dnyaneshwar Bhalerao:

Actually i have ordered a boat earbuds and i have returned that and asked to provide refund my Amozon Pay wallet that customer care executive is agreed on that call and also confirmed that refund of 899 will be credited to my Amazon pay wallet.

But when I now connected call to them they are saying they have already refunded that amount to my non active bank account which i am not using. This is totally false commitment. When I have clearly instructed that do not refund in my bank account as it’s inactive. Still Amozon refunded that to the same account now this is my total loss.

Now I want that refund reverse in Amazon pay wallet.
