Placed order on 21/10/16. Delivered on 24/10/16. As it was defective due to faint print and size incorrect, the product was sent reverse pickup on very next day i. e dated 25/10/16 as per snapdeal return policy. They confirmed me the refund through telephone by customer care person Mr. SACHIN on 1/ 11/16 and assured to pay within 48 hours through freecharge account. But till today no refund is initiated. I told them to confirm me same through sms or email but the are quite on the same. When I send email they call me and ask for more time but are not updating me properly. I am irritated by snapdeal and looking forward from consumer court to solve my problem charging them with penalty. They cannot take customer granted and block their money. Requesting consumer court to help me in this case and help me to recover my refund with penalty. Thanks.
